As a small business we now require a booking deposit.
This has now been put in place to protect our business and avoid loss of bookings for people cancelling within 24 hours of their appointments.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment you will lose your deposit. We hope you understand.
Once we receive proof of your $100 deposit, we will confirm your appointment time.
The deposit will be deducted from the bill on the day of your scheduled appointment.
We no longer accept kids under the age of 6 yrs. Kids above 6yrs of age are charged at full adult price which varies depending on the level of stylist.
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible so we can try and accommodate your hair needs as best we can. We have a 15-minute grace period, if you are 15 minutes late or more we can’t guarantee we will be able to carry out the full services of your booking due to restricted time.This may result in your appointment having to be rescheduled and a deposit required to rebook.
We have a salon policy that all hair must be dried at the end of a colour service. This is for the stylist to be able to see the final result and make sure it meets the expectations discussed in the consultation. This is to ensure quality control. Please be aware that quick/rough dries are still charged.
We do not offer out of salon services, be that for an event or wedding etc. If you do require our services outside of salon working hours, please give us a call or send us an email to enquire. We will try our best to accommodate you.These services would still have to be done in the salon and will be dependent on our stylists’ availability and the time being requested.
The keratin treatment can take toners out of your hair, so your hair may look more yellow after the treatment. The colour you have in your hair may lift 1-3 shades lighter and become warmer. You may need to come back for a toner.
All prices are subject to change depending on length/thickness of your hair. We have an extra product supplement charge. This will be quoted during your consultation.
Due to the artistic nature of our profession, we are unable to offer refunds on hair services, however we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied with the final result.
If you are unhappy with your hair after leaving the salon then please raise any disputes within 7 days from your original appointment.
We consult and skin test all new colour clients. We do this as this is the correct procedure to follow to avoid any allergic reactions. Our products have fewer chemicals in and are kinder however we still like to make sure as a serious allergic reaction can be fatal. Even if you have had your hair coloured for years and never had a reaction, you can suddenly become allergic. Better to be safe than sorry!
